We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay truly special. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a cozy getaway. We also loved the location, which was conveniently close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. And let's not forget about the food - the hotel restaurant served delicious meals, with a wide variety of options to choose from. it was a perfect experience for our romantic trip.

There were a few areas that could use some improvement. The housekeeping service was a bit lacking, as we noticed some small issues with cleanliness in our room.

The buffet breakfast catered for everyone. Right by vadakkunathan temple, 10 minutes' walk to Thrissur train station.

I had an incredible experience during my first stay at Joys Palace Hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and the manager, Mr. Muhammad, made sure everything was perfect. The breakfast buffet was tasty, and the restaurant staff provided excellent service, even when it was busy. The rooms were outstandingly clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Joys Palace Hotel for both business travelers and families.

Although my stay was excellent, I did encounter a couple of minor drawbacks. The check-in and check-out timings of 12 noon and 2 pm, respectively, were not feasible for me as they did not allow for a full 24-hour stay.

Great location for a city trip, well connected with major attractions and restaurants in the area. The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms with ample seating, and there was always hot water. The free wifi worked well. Room service was prompt and the staff were nice and friendly.

The breakfast was poor with not many options and low quality products including stale bread. The restaurant was crowded, and it took ages to get seated, the staff at the front dek were unprofessional and not really helpful.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were outstanding. the service was impeccable, making us feel special and well-attended. the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers were a perfect retreat from the hot weather. We enjoyed the incredible spa experience with steam room, head massage, and private facilities. We can't forget the amazing in-room breakfast and delicious snacks at the bar/lounge area.

We found one minor issue about the cleanliness of tables in the pool area. Although we called for help from the lobby a few times, we did not receive much support, which was a bit frustrating.

My city break stay was truly amazing. the hotel location was superb, offering easy access to key tourist spots. the staff was outstanding, especially the female service crew who were always happy to assist and friendly. the breakfast menu was diverse, with an abundance of fresh fruits, pastries, and traditional cuisine. the hotel facilities were top-notch, including the calming spa and the very welcoming pool area.

the air conditioner system needs fixing in some rooms, leaving the room moist, making the floor feel slippery at times.
